Day Of Coordination Combo

Includes everything in both the ceremony and reception event coordination packages.

Ceremony Coordination

Includes:

Oversee proper set-up and design of ceremony

Ensure you, the groom, and the bridal party is ready with their bouquet corsage, rings, signs, etc.

Greet all your wonderful guests and direct them to the ceremony and reception at the accurate time

Line up and cue the wedding party when it’s time to walk down the aisle.

Prepare you for your big moment before you walk down the aisle.

Ensure your dress and train are laid out perfectly before you are escorted down the aisle.

Make certain ceremony musicians have the correct music and are cued for guest arrival, family seating and the processional and recessional for your ceremony.

Direct all guests to the cocktail hour after the ceremony has ended.

Reception Coordination

Includes:

Direct all guests to the cocktail hour after the ceremony has ended.

Gather your wedding party for pictures to help assist your photographer.

Make certain you, your groom, and wedding party have refreshments and hors d’oeuvres while taking pictures.

Answer all your guests’ questions and concerns respectfully throughout the day.

Assist the Band/DJ/MC with following the itinerary for your wedding day.

Help assist the maid of honor or mother of the bride in the bustling of your wedding dress before your grand entrance.

Organize the grand entrance and get bridal party lined up before walking in.

Ensure you and your groom know exactly what is coming up next so you’re always prepared.

Supervise and communicate with the catering staff to ensure dinner is served in a timely manner.

Make certain that everyone giving a blessing, speech or toast during the day are cued and prepared.

We will be there by your side for any emergencies that may occur.

Ensure everything is cued and on schedule for your wedding day.

Fulfill any final balances/gratuities to the vendors as needed.

Organize and pack small items up for you at the end of the evening (cake cutting utensils, bouquet, guest sign-in book, etc.)
